Welcome - I'm Russell.

 

I began my career in management consulting before founding my first startup, CrowdChange. As CEO, I led our software company to over 500 college campuses across North America, making it the go-to platform for Greek life and helping raise hundreds of millions of dollars for charity.

After earning my MBA at Harvard Business School, I trained with Mint CRO, where I learned a unique engineering-based approach to marketing - one that helps businesses grow faster, more effectively, and more affordably than any method I've seen. Since then, I've consulted and coached for nearly 100 businesses and creatives, blending these methods with my background in strategy and entrepreneurship to fuel their success.

Then came my career's real passion stage: theatre production. I am now lead producing Our Little Secret: A New Musical (in development) and co-producing Operation Mincemeat (on Broadway). Blending my lifelong background in theatre with my expertise in engineering-based marketing, agile growth, and data analytics has been incredibly energizing. I believe the creative and business sides of a production gain tremendous value by using this unique, agile, engineering approach to marketing. By learning and gaining data more rapidly and inexpensively, you create a virtuous cycle that helps the show earn meaningful and measurable results, both onstage and off.
